Additional education courses are listed in the College of Education section. Students must also maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA overall and in the major to be admitted into the senior SCED 419 Secondary School Methods and EDU 430 Student Teaching in the Secondary School. Upon completion of this program the student will be recommended for the initial certificate to teach in N.Y. State public schools.
